In an effort to curtail the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the City Council meeting will take place online using the Zoom platform and the public will not be allowed to attend in-person. The City Council is providing opportunities for public comment by submitting written comment or calling into the meeting to provide oral public comment. Members of the public may address the City Council on agenda items or any other topic for three minutes or less, depending on the number of people wishing to speak. The total public comment period will be no more than 30 minutes. If more than 10 people are signed up to speak, each speaker will be allocated 2 minutes. Please be advised that each speaker’s testimony is being recorded. Speakers are asked to sign up by 6:30 p.m. the night of the meeting via the Remote Public Comment Sign-in form.
